Crafted from organically grown, hand-harvested fruit, this Pinot Noir Cuvée blends Dijon and Pommard clones to create depth and complexity. The wine was aged for 16 months in a geothermal barrel cave, allowing the flavors to integrate and evolve into a classic expression of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
